Before orders can be placed, you’ll need to:

Your Emerson Ecologics account is getting an update!

You’ll soon noticed a new look and feel when you log in to your account. But don’t worry — you’ll have all the same functionality you’re familiar with! As you navigate this help center, select the option that matches your current experience to view information relevant to you.

Creating an account

Go to emersonecologics.com and click Sign Up in the top-right corner.

 

Fill out the account information form

Fill out the account information form by entering all of the required fields (indicated by an asterisk). To submit the form, you must provide:

• • First and last name

• • Email address (can’t be in use by another account)

• • Business address

• • Primary certification type (profession)

• • Password

You can upload your professional credentials here too if you have them at the ready. If not, you can upload them later. When finished with the form, select Sign Up to create your account.

Note:

If your business address isn’t in the United States, please contact our support team for help registering your account.

 

Sign up confirmation & continue to log in

You’ll be brought to a confirmation page where you can proceed to log into your account with the email and password entered in the sign-up form. You can also learn more about Fullscript’s virtual dispensing tool to complement your wholesale ordering account.

 

Uploading your healthcare credentials

Go to emersonecologics.com and click Sign up in the top-right corner.

Fill out the account information form

Fill out the account information form. To submit the form, you must provide:

• First and last name
• Business name
• Primary certification type (profession)

When finished with the form, select Select sign up method to continue.

Next, enter the email address and password you’d like to use for your account.

Signing up when you have a Fullscript account

If you have an existing Fullscript account, use that login information to link your accounts. If an existing account is found, we’ll show a message on the page and send you an email to verify that it’s you.

This message will appear if we’ve found your Fullscript account.

 

Once you’ve received the email, open it and click Sign in to Emerson Ecologics. You’ll be redirected to your new Emerson Ecologics account, with much of the same information you’d find in your Fullscript account imported into Emerson.

Note:

Changes to certain information in either Fullscript or Emerson, such as changing your password, may now affect both accounts. Where this is the case, a notification will appear on the page.

Additional information

You’ll be brought to a new page where we’ll ask for some information about your business or practice. Provide your Business Address and upload your credentials, or select I’ll do this later to skip these steps for now.
