Getting Started

Before orders can be placed, you need to:

Upload your healthcare credentials

Step 1: Creating an Account

Go to emersonecologics.com and click Sign Up in the top-right corner.

Click Sign Up on the Emerson Ecologics site.

Fill Out the Account Information Form

Fill out the account information form by entering all of the required fields (indicated by an asterisk). To submit the form, you must provide:

First and last name
Email address (can't be in use by another account)
Business address
Primary certification type (profession)
Password

You can upload your professional credentials here too if you have them at the ready. If not, you can upload them later. When finished with the form, select Sign Up to create your account.

Note: If your business address isn't in the United States, please contact our support team for help registering your account.

Sign Up Confirmation & Continue To Log In

You'll be brought to a confirmation page where you can proceed to log into your account with the email and password entered in the sign-up form. You can also learn more about Fullscript's virtual dispensing tool to complement your wholesale ordering account.

After logging in, you can continue to place your first order (regardless of your certification status) or upload a new credential.

Step 2: Uploading Your Healthcare Credentials

If you didn't upload your healthcare credential during the sign-up process, you can log into your account and upload it from the Account Info page.

Note: Though we allow international customers to sign up for an Emerson Ecologics account, all credentials must be submitted with a Notarized English translation if the original document is in another language.

To upload your credential:

Select My Account from the top-right menu, then select Account Info.
From the Account Info tab, select Manage Certifications.
Scroll down to the Certifications section. Click + Add Credential to upload a new file.
In the modal, select your Professional Designation and upload the credential file. Click Save Credential to upload your credential.

Note: You can place one wholesale order while your credential is pending review. After your first order, you must have an approved credential to continue placing orders.
Your account will be in pending status until we have received and reviewed your credentials. Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be updated.
