Updating your account information
Overview
To update your account information, go to the Account Info or Account Settings page. Here, you can view and edit your professional certifications, shipping addresses, payment methods, and more.
Your Emerson Ecologics account is getting an update!
You’ll soon notice a new look and feel when you log in to your account. But don’t worry — you’ll have all the same functionality you’re familiar with! As you navigate this help center, select the option that matches your current experience to view information relevant to you.
Accessing your account information
To access your account information in a classic account:
- Click the My Account ( ) button at the top of your account homepage.
- Click Account Info.
- From the Account Info page, you can select the different parts of your account information you’d like to manage from the Actions menu.
Locating your account number
To locate your account number (customer ID) on EE classic:
- In the upper-right-hand corner of your account, click My Account.
- Select My Orders.
- Open any recent order.
- Under Order Information, see the Customer ID field.
To access your account settings in upgraded accounts:
- Click your avatar or initials in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click Account settings in the dropdown menu.
- Use the menu on the left to access and manage different parts of your account information.
Manageable information and settings
From the menu on the Account Info page in classic accounts, you can access and update all aspects of your account information and settings.
- Click Change Primary Account Info to make changes to your professional address or password.
- Click Manage Certifications or Manage to view and manage your professional certifications.
- Click Manage Credit Cards to view, add, or remove methods of payment from your account.
- Click Manage Shipping Addresses to view, add, or remove shipping addresses.
- Click View Brand Agreements to review and sign reseller agreements from our brand partners.
- Click Change Email Preferences to view and update the communications you’d like to receive from us.
From the menu on the Account settings page in upgraded accounts, you can access and update all aspects of your account information and settings.
- Click Basic Info to view and update your account avatar, the name on your account, and your professional contact and address information.
- Click Security to update your login email and password.
- Click Credentials to manage your professional credentials.
- Click Brand agreements & MAPs to view and sign off on brand reseller agreements.
- Click Shipping addresses to view and manage shipping addresses.
- Click Payment info to view and manage your saved payment methods.
- Click Preferences to view and update the email address where you want to receive communications from Emerson.
- Click Tax exemption certification to view and upload your tax exemption documents.
