Placing wholesale & patient orders

Before you order

Before you place your first wholesale order, you’ll need to:

✔   Register your account

✔   Upload your credentials for review. You can place one order within 7 days of registration while your credentials are under review.

✔  If you have a valid resale tax exemption status in the state you’re shipping orders to, you can apply for tax exemption on orders placed with Emerson Ecologics.

Browsing the catalog

Using the Search Field (Find What You’re Looking For)

On the Emerson Ecologics website, you’ll find the search bar at the top of the page with the text Find what you’re looking for.

In this search field, you can search using keywords, product codes, or brand names. As you type, a drop-down will populate the top 3 search groups:

  • Search terms
  • Categories
  • Brands

Using search

On the Emerson Ecologics website, you’ll find the search bar at the top of the page.

In this search field you can search/enter keywords, product codes, brand names, categories, conditions, and more. As you type, a drop-down menu will display results sorted into the top 3 related search groups:

  • Products
  • Brands
  • Supplement types

Tip!

Typing an asterisk (*) into the search field and hitting enter will populate all items in the catalog.

Using the SHOP menu

Hovering over the SHOP menu in the navigation menu provides a few helpful search options:

  • Nutritional Supplements: Look through categorized items such as Amino acids, Enzymes, and Protein Powders, or conditions such as Energy Support, Hormone Support, and Sleep Support.
  • Brand: We feature three brands each month. You can also explore brands alphabetically from this category.
  • New Products: Browse recently added products and featured products.
  • Specials: Explore four featured specials and all current promotions.>
  • Learning Resources: Highlighted educational pieces with access to our blog, expert resources, and resource tools.

Applying catalog filters

Once you’ve searched for a product in the catalog, you can narrow down your search by using filters on the left of the page. Multiple filters can be applied to help you find specific products.

Available filters include:

  • By Category/By Condition: Use this to narrow down the results to only view items that are within a category or found to be helpful in treating specific conditions.
  • By Brand: View items by one or more specified brands.
  • By Dietary Consideration: View only the items that are within a dietary restriction. e.g., Kosher, Dairy free, Gluten free, etc.
  • Include Ingredient: View items that include one or more specified ingredients.
  • Exclude Ingredient: View items that don’t include specified ingredients.
  • Quality Partner: View brands that are part of the Emerson Quality Program (EQP).
  • Delivery Format: View items in a specified format such as tablets, gel caps, liquids, etc.
  • Dosage: Items with dosages within a specified range.

You can also sort results using the sort menu on the right of the page. Here, you can sort results by Best Matches, Popularity, Price, Low to High, and more.

As you’re searching for products in the catalog, you can narrow your results using filters. Multiple filters can be applied to help you find exactly what you need. Available filters include:

  • Category: Use this to narrow down the results and view items only within a category.
  • Ingredients: View items that include and/or exclude one or more specified ingredients.
  • Brands: View items by one or more specified brands.
  • Delivery format: View items in a specified format, such as tablets, gel caps, liquids, etc.
  • Dietary considerations: View only the items within a dietary restriction (such as Kosher, Dairy free, and Gluten free).
  • Quality partner: View brands that are part of the Emerson Quality Program (EQP).
  • Availability: Only view items that are in stock.

You can also sort results using the sort menu on the right of the page. Here, you can sort results by Best match, Most recommended, Alphabetical, and Price.

Submitting orders online

  1. Log into your account and add products to your cart from the catalog.
  2. Select Cart in the top-right corner, then select Check out.
  3. Add or select a shipping address, then select a Delivery Option.

Note:

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250. See our Shipping policy for rates and more information.

  1. Click Select Payment to proceed. 
  2. Add or select a payment method and billing address.
  3. Click Review Order to proceed.
  4. Review your order and apply any promo codes, if applicable.
  5. When finished, click Place Order.

To place an order:

  1. Log into your account and add products to your cart from the catalog.
  2. Select Cart in the top-right corner, then select Go to check out.

  1. Add or select a shipping address, then select Continue to payment.

Tip!

Above the Subtotal, select Add promotion if you’re planning on applying one to your order.

  1. Confirm your billing address, delivery method, and select or add a payment method.

Patient orders (drop shipping)

Orders can be delivered directly to your patients for an additional $4.45 fee per order (plus regular shipping cost). On the Shipping & Delivery step in the checkout, enter or select a patient ship-to address and select a delivery option. The total shipping fee is a combination of the drop-ship fee and shipping charges. Please note that stock levels may vary depending on where you’re drop shipping to.

Out-of-stock and backordered products

Products that are temporarily out of stock are labeled to indicate they won’t ship right away. See Out of stock products & vendor backorders for more information.

What to know before ordering out-of-stock products:

  • Backordered and out of stock items ship when stock arrives at the warehouse, typically within 10-14 business days.
  • You’re charged at the time of shipment for the out-of-stock items. Additional shipping fees will not apply. Charges are applied to the original form of payment used to place the order.
  • The shipping fee is divided between all items in the order.

Note:

If you’re unable to add an out-of-stock product to your cart, this indicates that the product is on an extended backorder and we haven’t been provided with a restock estimate from our suppliers.
