Order cancellations and modification requests

Overview

Our goal is to pick and pack shipments as quickly as possible, which means we’re often unable to make changes to an order, including cancellations, once it’s been placed. Please review your cart carefully before placing your order.

Order cancellations

Orders are immediately sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they’re placed.

Tip!

If there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us with the correct address so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Item changes and modifications

Orders are immediately sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. That means we’re often unable to remove/add products to an order once they’re placed.

Note:

We can cancel out of stock or backordered products from an order, as long as they have not yet shipped.

Adding products to an order

Unfortunately, we can’t add items to an order once it’s placed. To make up for additional shipping charges on your next order, you can contact us to have a shipping credit of the same value applied to your account for your next purchase. To qualify, please ensure that the new order:

  • Is placed within 24 hours of the original order,
  • Has the same shipping method selected for the original order; and,
  • Is shipping to the same shipping address as the original order.

Note:

Due to fulfillment procedures, we’re unable to pack multiple orders in a single shipment. Orders will be packed and ship separately.

Shipping address changes

If there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us with the correct address as soon as possible.

Note:

It is not possible to change the selected shipping method after an order has been submitted.
