Managing email preferences

Overview

By default, you’ll receive any notifications from us at the email address you use to log in to your account. You can update your preferences around how you receive messages from us within your account.

You’ll soon notice a new look and feel when you log in to your account. But don’t worry — you’ll have all the same functionality you’re familiar with! As you navigate this help center, select the option that matches your current experience to view information relevant to you.

Expand your learning and stay up to date with new product offerings by enabling email subscriptions. Subscriptions include a variety of topics ranging from clinical research studies to special promotions.

Note:

All new accounts are automatically subscribed to all email subscriptions. You can customize these settings at any time.

Subscribing & unsubscribing from email subscriptions

To subscribe to an email subscription from a classic account, go to your Change Email Preferences page and check the email subscription category you’re interested in receiving from the Email Subscriptions column.

To unsubscribe from an email subscription, go to your Change Email Preferences page and simply uncheck the subscription you don’t want to receive. Changes are saved automatically.

Consolidate shipping notifications

Clean up your inbox by receiving a consolidated order summary of all your orders placed throughout the day. To enable this setting, go to your Change Email Preferences page and check the Order summary option under the Notifications column. Changes are saved automatically.

With an upgraded account, by default, you’ll receive any notifications from us at the email address you use to log in to your account. You can change the email address we use for any notifications by going to the Preferences tab in Account settings.

Once you’ve entered the email address where you’d like any notifications sent, click Update.
