To update your account information, go to the Account Info or Account Settings page. Here, you can view and edit your professional certifications, shipping addresses, payment methods, and more.
Accessing your account information
To access your account settings in upgraded accounts:
- Click your avatar or initials in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click Account settings in the dropdown menu.
- Use the menu on the left to access and manage different parts of your account information.
Manageable information and settings
From the menu on the Account settings page in upgraded accounts, you can access and update all aspects of your account information and settings.
Basic info
The Basic Info tab is where you can perform the following actions:
- Add or update a new avatar image for your account, by clicking the Upload new avatar button.
- View and update your General Info, like your title, your first and last name, and your suffix (if applicable).
- View and update your Professional Info like your public-facing business name, your office phone number, and your business address.

Security
One the security page, you can:
- Update your login email.
- Update your password.
- Set up multi-factor authentication.

Credentials
Go to the Credentials tab to manage your professional credentials. You can provide new credentials, or view any pending or approved documents.

Brand agreements & MAPs
On the Brand Agreements & MAP Policies page, you can view and sign off on brand reseller agreements to gain access to purchase products from those brands.

Shipping addresses
You can view and manage shipping addresses for your wholesale orders on the Shipping addresses page.

Patient addresses
In a similar way to the Shipping addresses page, you can view Patient addresses that you’ve saved for dropship orders on this page.
Preferences
You can view and update the email address where you’d like to receive any communications from Emerson.
Tax exemption certification
You can view and upload your tax exemption documents on this page.
