Packing slips & order summaries

Overview

Invoices, also referred to as an Order summary, can be downloaded to your device or printed as a hard copy. In an effort to reduce waste, order summaires aren’t included in shipments. You can find all of these in your Emerson account.

Packing slips are included to assist with receiving and inventory.

Packing slips

Shipments include a packing slip with key order details. This slip lists the products, quantities, and the order number. Packing slips don’t include pricing or patient information. These slips are intended for reference only and don’t serve as an invoice.

What’s included in an order summary

You’ll find a number of different types of information in your order summary:

• The Billing address: The person being invoiced, their address and contact information
• The Sold by information: Emerson Ecologics, LLC., its address and contact information
• The Order number
• The Order date

• The Item code (or product code) of every product in the order
• The item name for every product in the order
• The quantity ordered of every product in the order
• The quantity of each item that has shipped
• The MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) of each item
• The Unit price for each product (The cost per unit of each item)
• The Total cost for each product (The unit price multiplied by the number of units)

• The Subtotal for the order (the cost before shipping and taxes)
• The Shipping cost for the order

• The Taxes applied to the order
• The Total cost of the order

Downloading an order summary

Order summaries are available in your account shortly after ordering. If your order contains a backordered item, your invoice may take up to 72 hours to generate.

To download an order summary from your account:

1. In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click Recent orders.
2. Find the order you’re looking to get the invoice for, and select View Details.
3. Click Download PDF.

Order summary modifications

Once an order is placed, the order summary can’t be modified. This includes changes to billing or shipping addresses, names, or any other details.

Please ensure all information is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to update addresses or other details for future orders, you can manage them in your account settings.
