Order cancellations and modification requests

Overview

We process orders quickly, which means most orders can’t be changed or canceled once they’re submitted. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before placing an order.

Changes and cancellations

Orders are sent to the warehouse immediately for picking and packing, so we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they’re placed, including removing items or making product changes. The only exception is out-of-stock or backordered items, which can be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet.

If you receive a duplicate shipment, contact Customer Support to request a return or refund.

Adding additional items

Items can’t be added to an existing order.
If you place a second order within 24 hours using the same shipping address and shipping method, you can request a shipping credit equal to the additional shipping charge.

Shipping and order details

Order details can’t be updated after submission, including:

Billing or shipping addresses

Names or account information

Shipping methods

Prices or promo codes

If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the corrected information.
