Checkout displays available shipping options and rates based on the shipping address you enter. Some shipping options might not be available for certain addresses. Free shipping isn’t available for orders sent to PO boxes.

Same-day shipping cutoff times
We ship orders placed before 3:00 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after this time, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Orders requiring USPS shipping services, such as those to PO boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses, need extra processing time.

Heat-sensitive items
Products that need to be shipped in a cool environment require special shipping procedures due to their sensitivity. To ensure they arrive in good condition, we recommend ordering early in the week and selecting overnight delivery for heat-sensitive products.
You can identify heat-sensitive items by the thermometer icon ( ) on product display cards and pages.
Out-of-stock items
Items that are out of stock when you place your order can’t be shipped immediately. We’ll automatically ship out-of-stock items as soon as they’re back in stock, typically within 10–14 business days. Out-of-stock items are included in the pre-authorization when you place your order, but we won’t apply charges until they’re shipped successfully.
Drop-ship orders
We offer free shipping for patient orders of $250+ with delivery in 3 business days. Shipping carriers impose an additional cost of $4.45 on all drop shipments, including those that qualify for free shipping.
Large order holds
Large orders might be held temporarily to confirm they’re being distributed to a business. We fully support our suppliers’ resale policies and restrictions, so we may place certain large orders on hold to review the details and ensure compliance. This could result in a one-day processing delay.
International orders
As of February 1st, 2024, we no longer support international shipping and can only ship to addresses in the US and US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam).
Price changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for errors or omissions. Please refer to the online catalog for current pricing.
Packing slips
We include packing slips in each Emerson Ecologics shipment. These slips include information such as products, quantities, and the order number, but don’t display pricing.
Shelf-life guarantee
Emerson only sells items that’ll expire outside three months, though we target six months or more. If you receive an expired item or an item is determined to expire within three months, please reach out to support.
