Adverse Reactions & Consumer Complaints

If you or a patient experience an adverse reaction or notice a product quality issue (e.g., unusual smell or texture, broken tablets, expired products, or a damaged seal), stop using the product immediately. Refunds or replacements may be available based on the situation.

Contact our support team to report the issue and learn if you’re eligible for a refund or replacement. In some cases, you may need to return the product. If so, we’ll provide a return label for easy shipping.

Note:

Quality complaints must be submitted to us within 6 months of the original order date. There’s no time limit for reporting adverse reactions.

Before contacting us, please be sure to have the following information ready:

  • Your order number
  • Name of product(s)
  • Lot number
  • Expiration/manufacture date
  • Details of the adverse event or quality complaint

Tip!

You can find the lot number and expiry/manufactured date on the product’s label or the bottom of the bottle.
