Return Policy (Excludes Internet Resellers)
With the exception of heat-sensitive and perishable items, products are eligible for return credit if requested within 30 days of the order date. Products must be unopened and unmarked. Emerson places a maximum $1,000 return limit on any order.
Products that are 90 days from their expiration date are proactively removed from our inventory and won't be distributed.
To initiate a return, please email, chat, or call us at 800.654.4432 to request a return authorization number. All returns, excluding those at the fault of Emerson Ecologics, are subject to a 25% return processing fee, as returned products aren't returned to stock. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Note: We will not accept returns due to a customer's inability to sell a product due to a lack of compliance with a brand's minimum advertised pricing policy or internet reselling restriction.
Internet Reseller Return Policy
Purchases made by internet resellers aren't eligible for return.
