From the login page, select Forgot your password? then enter and submit the email address you used to create your account. You'll receive an email if we recognize your email address. Check your junk or spam folders if the email isn't in your inbox, or try an alternate email address.
From the email, copy and paste the temporary password into the Password field on the login page. This password is case-sensitive; be careful to avoid adding any spaces.
Once logged in, click My Account > Account Info. This will take you to Change Primary Account Info where there is an option to edit your password using the temporary password provided.
