Before you order
You are considered the importer of record for all international orders and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Before you place your order, please ensure that you are familiar with local laws and regulations, or check with local customs offices or tax authorities for information specific to your situation. Not knowing a country’s laws and regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delayed deliveries, or your order being returned to us. It's your responsibility to know what can and can't be shipped to the destination country.
Note: Drop shipping is only available to practitioners shipping items within their own country and to international locations confirmed as an office address.
International shipping fees & delivery estimates
Shipping options are displayed in checkout at the time you place your order. Most orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected. Orders will ship with UPS or USPS depending on your shipping method selection. Shipping rates are based on package weight and the shipping destination. A processing fee may also be charged by your designated carrier.
Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. Payment must be in U.S. dollars.
Note: International orders may be charged additional fees, duties, and taxes. We neither collect these fees nor quote their actual costs. You are responsible for paying all fees, duties, and taxes to the responsible customs and taxing authorities. You agree to pay all fees, fines, and other costs charged to you or to us in connection with any non-compliance with laws and regulations in the destination country.
Import fees & customs
We have no control over what happens with your customs clearance or designated carrier. Please also note that if your package is refused by customs, we'll only be able to issue a refund for products returned to us, less any shipping charges and any other charges we incur in connection with the return.
Returns, Delays, and Losses
Emerson is not liable for delays, losses, or shipping charges. If your package is returned to us and you wish us to resend the exact package that was returned, we will first collect the amount necessary to cover the costs to re-ship before sending a replacement. If customs will not return the package, Emerson is not able to refund the cost of the products.
