Connecting your integrations after moving from Rupa to Fullscript

Providers

If you used an EHR integration with Rupa, there are a couple important things to know before connecting your EHR to Fullscript.

Keep your existing Rupa integration connected

Leave your existing Rupa integrations connected.

Keeping your existing integration active helps ensure historical and pending lab results from Rupa can still flow back into your EHR while you move to Fullscript. Disconnecting too early may interrupt result delivery or access to past records in your workflow.

Connect your EHR to Fullscript

You can connect your EHR directly from your Fullscript account to continue managing your workflow in one place.

To connect your EHR integration:

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click Integrations.
  1. Find your EHR from the list of available integrations.
  2. Click Learn more.
  1. Click Get started now to log into your EHR account to integrate your accounts. Or, click Book a demo to schedule a demo with a member of Fullscript’s Sales team for hands-on support.

After your integration is connected, you can continue building your workflow in Fullscript while still accessing historical and pending Rupa results through your existing Rupa integration.

Tip!

For detailed setup instructions for your specific EHR, visit the integrations section of the Support Center or read Integrating Fullscript with your EHR software.
