Terms account eligibility
Professional accounts that meet a pre-determined sales threshold may qualify for a terms payment schedule. With this arrangement, you won’t need to pay for orders at the time of purchase and may be eligible for a small discount when payments are made on time. Instead, charges will accumulate, and lump sum payments will be made according to an agreed-upon schedule.
Customers must meet the following criteria to apply:
- Must be an Emerson Ecologies professional customer for at least one year; and,
- Must have sales over $10,000.
Professional customers with Emerson for less than one year may be eligible if sales exceed $10,000 per month for three consecutive months.

To pay an open balance on your terms account, please call our support team at 800-654-4432 during business hours. Please have your payment CVV code available, as we’re unable to save that information for security purposes.
