Managing addresses

There are two types of addresses to manage within your Emerson Ecologics account: Business addresses and Patient addresses.

  • Business addresses are used for wholesale orders. They’re usually tied to an office or clinic location.
  • A Patient address is used for drop-ship orders sent straight to a patient’s residence. To manage shipping addresses:
  1. Add or select an address at checkout.
  2. Go to Account settings > Shipping addresses to update your address book.
  3. Set a default address to use at checkout automatically.
Warning

We’re unable to make changes to a shipping address once an order is placed. Please take a moment to fully review the entered address for any errors before submitting an order.

Adding new shipping addresses

Add a new shipping address during checkout or from the Shipping addresses page in your account settings.

To add a new shipping address while placing an order in your account:

  1. Click +Add new shipping address on the first page of checkout.

Select the Patient addresses tab if you’re adding a new address for drop shipping.

  1. Fill out the address information in the modal. If you’d like the address to be your default shipping address, click the Set as default address toggle.
  1. When you’re done, click Save address.
  2. Select Continue to payment and complete your order.
Tip!

Shipping addresses are checked against an address database to limit the risk of delivery delays and lost shipments. You may see a suggestion for a corrected address.

We recommend using corrected addresses when offered, particularly if you’ve had trouble receiving packages before.

Alternatively, you can add a new address from the Shipping addresses page in Account settings:

  1. Click Account settings in your profile menu.
  1. Click Shipping addresses from the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Tip!

Click Patient addresses if you’d like to add a new address for drop shipping.

  1. Click + Add in the upper right-hand corner.
  1. Complete the address information. If you’d like the new address to be the default address for your account, click the Set as default toggle.
Note

Patient address can’t be saved as default addresses.

  1. Click Save to finish adding the address..

Editing a shipping address

To edit an existing shipping address in a classic account:

  1. From your Account settings, click Shipping addresses or Patient addresses (for drop shipping addresses).
  2. In the list of saved addresses, find the one you’d like to edit and click the Edit button ( ) to the left.
  3. Make your desired changes, then click Save.
Tip!

Click the Set as default toggle if you’d like this address to become your default address.

Removing shipping addresses

To remove a shipping address from your account:

  1. Navigate to the Shipping addresses page of your Account settings.
  1. Click on the Delete button ( ).
  2. When the Delete address modal appears, click Delete.

Updating your business address

To update your business address in an account:

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your initials or avatar.
  2. Select Account settings. You’ll land on the Basic Info page.
  3. Under Professional Info, make the desired changes to your address.
  4. Click Update to save your changes.
Tip!

If you don’t have a physical business address, you can use the billing address tied to your credit card.
